Head of Marketing
Are you an experienced marketing leader within the Premium Drinks industry? Have you successfully grown premium drinks brands through international distributor networks? Looking for the opportunity to shape the future of an internationally recognised Spirits brand?
MacGregor Black are partnering with a Premium Drinks business on the search for a HEAD OF MARKETING. This is a remote role, based in the UK, with regular travel.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the global marketing strategy for an established premium drinks brand, distributed across more than 50 international markets. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll:
- Shape brand strategy
- Support commercial growth
- Strengthen distributor execution
- Drive marketing performance across digital, innovation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy, aligning brand activity with commercial objectives across international markets.
- Build strong partnerships with distributors, providing the tools, campaigns, and support to maximise brand performance.
- Lead digital marketing, CRM, PR, influencer activity, and content strategy to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Drive innovation projects, New Product Development (NPD) launches, and packaging developments from concept through to successful market execution.
- Manage agency partners, Above-the-Line (A&P) budgets, and marketing performance, ensuring activity delivers measurable commercial return.
- Work cross-functionally with commercial teams to create compelling activation plans, customer presentations, and sell-in stories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
- Present marketing plans, performance, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
- Senior marketing leadership experience within the Premium Drinks industry
- Proven experience growing brands through international distributor networks
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering brand and business growth
- Experience developing marketing strategies across both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital marketing
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Social media
- Brand communications
- Experience managing agencies, A&P budgets, and measuring marketing ROI
- Proven success delivering:
- Innovation
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Premium brand activations
- Comfortable operating within a lean, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced business
