We're looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and evolve our client's marketing function during an exciting period of growth.

Reporting into the leadership team, you'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy, leading a high-performing team across Performance Marketing, CRM and Content. You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, brand development, and commercial growth while building a best-in-class marketing function.

This is a highly commercial leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced B2C businesses and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop three direct reports: Head of Performance Marketing, Head of CRM, and Senior Content Manager, with oversight of a 10-person marketing team.
  • Set clear marketing objectives and OKRs, creating a high-performance culture focused on measurable impact.
  • Own the marketing budget and media investment strategy across brand and performance channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value through data-led decision making.
  • Develop and evolve the brand strategy, strengthening market positioning and awareness.
  • Lead integrated, through-the-line marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Oversee paid media, SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, content, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and the wider group marketing function.
  • Act as the senior marketing voice within the leadership team, influencing commercial decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
