Head of Marketing
Location: Home-based, with regular travel to London and nationwide events Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience) Employment Type: Permanent Hours per week: 35 (flexible working arrangements available)

We're looking for an experienced, commercially focused Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and help drive Local Partnerships' growth and profile.
Reporting to the Communications Director, you'll develop and deliver our marketing strategy, lead a talented team, and ensure marketing activity directly supports business development, pipeline growth and client acquisition.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with Practice Heads, Client Development and Business Development to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and delivering our annual marketing plan.
- Managing and developing our marketing team.
- Driving thought leadership and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Leading our CRM strategy to improve lead generation and pipeline management.
- Managing marketing budgets, agencies and strategic partnerships.
- Measuring marketing performance, ROI and commercial impact.
We're looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in B2B, consultancy or professional services marketing.
- A strong commercial mindset and experience delivering marketing that supports business growth.
- Experience developing marketing strategies and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong CRM, analytics and performance reporting experience.
