The Role
This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing function of a fast-growing luxury travel brand from a position of real influence. Reporting directly to the board, you'll take ownership of the marketing plan, budget and measurement, and build out your own team, including recruiting a marketing assistant.
Your focus will be on brand strategy and activating brand partnerships to fuel growth. You will devise and implement marketing plans with partners to target their UHNWI customer bases and ultimately increase sales.

The Person
The ideal applicant will have strong knowledge across all areas of marketing and have proven experience working with high-end partners. You'll have an appreciation for high-end brands and knowledge of delivering campaigns to target HNW individuals. Some exposure to working with the US market would be highly advantageous.
