ABOUT PRESTIGE

Prestige Corporate Events is one of the UK's fastest-growing corporate hospitality and sports-event businesses. Our clients buy premium experiences at Royal Ascot, Cheltenham, the Monaco Grand Prix, Henley and the other fixtures that define the British and international corporate calendar. We have offices in Croydon and Leicester, a tenured sales floor that has doubled in the last six months, and a leadership team committed to building the category leader.

THE ROLE

We are hiring our first Head of Marketing. You will own the Prestige brand end to end - how we look, how we sound, and how prospects discover us across every channel. This is a strategic seat reporting to the Managing Director with full ownership of social, SEO, website and brand identity, and direct line-management of our content team.

We are building an AI-first marketing function. You will not be doing the work the old way. You will be designing workflows in which AI tools handle the heavy lifting on content production, research, audience analysis and campaign iteration, with your team directing, editing and elevating the output. If that excites you, read on. If it does not, this is not the role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Today our marketing function is fragmented across the founders, our designer and our content executive. The brand lacks a single owner. Your job is to be that owner.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Brand identity and tone of voice across every Prestige touchpoint - social, website, customer communications, hospitality collateral, travel packs and partner-facing documents
  • The social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram and emerging channels, including team activation and personal-brand content for our salespeople
  • SEO and website strategy, working with our developer on structure and our content team on execution
  • A unified content schedule - what we say, when we say it, where we say it, and why
  • The marketing team: a Content Writer and a Content Executive
  • An AI-first operating model for the function - tooling, prompts, workflows, quality control

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven track record of leading a marketing function at Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager or equivalent level
  • Experience in corporate hospitality, sports, events, luxury travel or premium B2B services strongly preferred
  • AI-first by instinct. You already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or equivalent daily and have opinions on which workflows belong with AI and which belong with humans
  • A strategic operator who can also roll their sleeves up - we are a growing business, not a corporate marketing department
  • Confident managing a small in-house team and getting the best out of writers and creators
  • Commercially literate: you understand that marketing investment has to translate into pipeline and revenue over time
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where decisions get made in the room
