Are you a commercially minded marketing leader who loves driving growth?
We're partnering exclusively with an ambitious, product-led business to recruit an experienced Head of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where marketing sits at the heart of its commercial strategy.
We're looking for a true all-round marketer—someone who is digital-first but equally comfortable leading the wider marketing function. You'll understand how to build brands, grow ecommerce performance, develop customer engagement and use data to make informed commercial decisions.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy balancing strategy with hands-on delivery and be passionate about creating marketing that genuinely moves the needle. Whilst experience within beauty or retail would be advantageous, we're equally interested in candidates from other product-led or consumer-focused businesses who can demonstrate outstanding commercial results.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible leadership role with genuine influence across the business.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll shape and deliver the overall marketing strategy, leading digital performance, ecommerce growth, customer acquisition, retention and brand development.
You'll have the autonomy to develop new ideas, optimise existing activity and use customer insight to continually improve performance. Reporting directly into the board, you'll confidently translate marketing performance into commercial recommendations and influence strategic decision making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
