About The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and brand growth following recent funding. This role involves shaping Reelables' brand voice, establishing a strong presence at trade shows and industry conferences, and building a scalable marketing function that supports our expanding hardware and software offerings. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to drive growth through strategic events, in-person networking, and compelling messaging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the overall marketing strategy to support business growth and customer acquisition
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and voice to ensure consistent and compelling communication
- Drive growth initiatives across trade shows, conferences, industry events, and direct outreach to increase customer acquisition and brand visibility
- Oversee product marketing efforts including feature launches, customer feedback, and sales enablement
- Build brand awareness and trust through events, speaking engagements, and direct networking to establish Reelables as a thought leader in the smart label space
- Own website performance, analytics, and optimization to maximize conversion and SEO effectiveness
- Build and scale the marketing function, including working with freelancers and planning future hires
- Manage marketing budget, tools, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company goals

Requirements
- Proven experience in event marketing, including trade shows, conferences, and in-person brand activations
- Strong skills in event strategy, trade show planning, attendee engagement, and lead capture/follow-up processes
- Proficiency with analytics tools with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with experience managing content strategy and social media channels
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
- Experience managing CMS platforms and basic design tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to test, measure, and iterate marketing initiatives
- Adaptability and creativity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
