Head of Marketing & PR – Luxury Hospitality Portfolio

About the Role

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for luxury hospitality?

We’re recruiting for an exceptional Head of Marketing & PR to lead the marketing, communications, and brand strategy for a prestigious portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels.

This is a high-profile leadership position, where you’ll shape the marketing vision across a diverse collection of premium properties, driving:

  • Brand awareness
  • Guest acquisition
  • Commercial growth
  • Reputation management

You’ll collaborate closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Sales, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies that support business performance and long-term growth.


The Opportunity

As Head of Marketing & PR, you’ll oversee the entire marketing function, leading teams across:

  • Brand marketing
  • Digital marketing
  • PR & media relations
  • Social media & content
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Creative & communications

Key Deliverables

Your role will focus on:

  • Developing and implementing an integrated marketing and communications strategy for a multi-brand hotel portfolio.
  • Driving brand awareness, market positioning, and revenue growth through high-impact campaigns.
  • Leading PR, corporate communications, and media relations to protect and enhance brand reputation.
  • Overseeing digital marketing, including:
    • Website strategy & SEO
    • PPC & paid media
    • CRM & email marketing
  • Delivering engaging content strategies across social media, digital platforms, and influencer partnerships.
  • Leading brand development, hotel launches, and repositioning projects.
  • Identifying and driving strategic commercial partnerships to boost visibility and revenue.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints (both online and off).
  • Supporting occupancy and direct bookings with commercial teams.
  • Optimising ROI through performance analysis, customer insights, and market trends.
  • Managing marketing budgets and agency relationships.
  • Championing sustainability, ESG, and responsible business initiatives via key communications.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement full-spectrum marketing strategy for a multi-brand luxury hotel portfolio. ✅ Lead brand positioning, revenue growth, and market differentiation through integrated campaigns. ✅ Oversee public relations, corporate communications, and media relations to safeguard brand integrity. ✅ Manage digital marketing (SEO, PPC, CRM, email marketing) for maximum engagement. ✅ Craft and execute social media and content strategies, leveraging influencer collaborations. ✅ Drive brand development, hotel launches, and repositioning to align with market demands. ✅ Secure strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue. ✅ Ensure brand consistency across all guest interactions. ✅ Work closely with commercial teams to enhance occupancy, direct bookings, and promotions. ✅ Analyse marketing performance, customer data, and industry trends to inform decisions. ✅ Manage budgets, agency relationships, and cross-functional stakeholder expectations. ✅ Champion sustainability and responsible business practices through impactful messaging. ✅ Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team in a fast-evolving industry.

Requirements

Strategic Leadership with Hospitality Depth:

  • 8–10+ years in marketing and communications, including senior leadership experience.
  • Proven track record leading marketing strategy on behalf of multi-site/multi-brand hospitality groups.
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Brand marketing
    • PR and media relations
    • Digital marketing (SEO, paid media, CRM)
    • Social media & content strategy
    • Customer acquisition & retention
  • Strong ability to drive revenue growth through performance-led, integrated campaigns.
  • Exceptional grasp of luxury brand positioning and high-end guest engagement.
  • Commercial acumen with budget management and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership skills to inspire, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in branded or franchised hotel environments.
