Head Marketing – Hospitality / QSR (Surrey, Greater London)
A hospitality / QSR business in Surrey, Greater London, is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to drive strategic marketing efforts across planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations.
We are looking for a marketing professional with deep consumer-focused experience, particularly within retail, hospitality, travel, or restaurant sectors. Only apply if you have a proven track record in brand-focused consumer marketing—no one else need apply!

Key Responsibilities
- Measure marketing program effectiveness and track KPIs to drive ongoing improvements in strategy and output
- Organise team department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend ** managerial discussions**
- Collaborate in organization-wide strategy planning, evolving the role of marketing in fuelling business growth
- Oversee budget allocation for marketing, including vendor and agency relationships, advertising, and media
- Lead ad campaigns and devise growth plans
- Provide leadership for a small marketing team
- Ensure ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to change
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of the 7 Ps of marketing to strategy and execution

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industrial experience in Marketing or a related field
- 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing (industry experience preferred over general corporate roles)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional multitasking and project management abilities
- Proven people leadership experience, including team coaching and performance development
