The Role

As a global entertainment company built for the AI era, Wonder has a story worth telling at scale. This role exists to make sure the world hears it and hears it right.

We're looking for a marketing and communications leader who has built brands that matter. You will own Wonder's storytelling: brand, marketing, communications, and social strategy end-to-end. You will be someone who balances taste and design with the execution pace of a high-growth startup.

The ideal background is someone who has come out of a world-class entertainment marketing environment or has already built from the ground up at a tier 1 startup or scale-up. You will own the marketing function end-to-end at a company at a genuine inflection point, lead and build the team, and work directly with the founders to set the strategic direction on how Wonder shows up publicly. You will be the person who ensures everything that goes out the door is aligned with Wonder’s mission and vision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
