We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Marketing (Destination & Retail) to direct the marketing strategy for Outlet Shopping at The O2 and the wider Entertainment District.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll use customer insight, market intelligence and commercial priorities to drive brand awareness, footfall, sales and long-term growth. You'll lead a talented team, build strong relationships with retail and entertainment partners, and work closely with colleagues across The O2 and AEG International to deliver standout campaigns and experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Shape the Strategy
- Work with the VP – Brand & Marketing to define, plan and execute a Destination & Retail Marketing strategy.
- Use customer insights and market trends to drive footfall, sales and growth.
- Set targets, track performance and use results to improve future campaigns.
Deliver Great Marketing
- Create and deliver campaigns that build awareness and bring people to The O2.
- Work with agencies and internal teams to develop engaging content and media plans.
- Champion brand standards and ensure every touchpoint reflects the quality of The O2.
Build Strong Partnerships
- Be the key marketing contact for retail brands, restaurants and entertainment partners.
- Work closely with teams across The O2, including Partnerships, Commercial, Digital and CRM.
- Share updates, results and recommendations with senior stakeholders.

- Manage and develop a team of three marketing professionals.
- Build strong agency relationships and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
- Encourage fresh thinking, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role, developing and delivering successful marketing strategies.
- Experience within a retail, destination, leisure or consumer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of brand management, customer engagement and modern marketing principles.
- Proven experience leading integrated campaigns from planning and execution through to evaluation.
- An inspiring people leader with experience developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and demonstrating return on investment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A strategic thinker who can quickly identify opportunities, solve problems and make informed recommendations.
- A creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life and guide the creative process.

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We are open to flexible working conversations.
