Join a premium beauty brand at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll own both marketing and e-commerce, driving revenue, shaping brand strategy and leading expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing and e-commerce P&L, driving revenue, margin and ROI
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy across multiple markets
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer and partnerships
  • Drive e-commerce performance, including UX/UI and conversion optimisation
  • Manage CRM, retention strategies and customer lifecycle initiatives
  • Track and optimise key metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV and conversion rates
  • Lead, develop and expand a high-performing team and partner network
