Join a premium beauty brand at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll own both marketing and e-commerce, driving revenue, shaping brand strategy and leading expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing and e-commerce P&L, driving revenue, margin and ROI
- Develop and execute commercial strategy across multiple markets
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer and partnerships
- Drive e-commerce performance, including UX/UI and conversion optimisation
- Manage CRM, retention strategies and customer lifecycle initiatives
- Track and optimise key metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV and conversion rates
- Lead, develop and expand a high-performing team and partner network

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience leading marketing and e-commerce within premium or luxury brands
- Strong commercial acumen with ownership of budgets and P&L
- Expertise across paid media, SEO, CRM and digital performance channels
- Hands-on, strategic mindset with the ability to scale growth in a dynamic environment
