Senior Marketing Manager – Head of Marketing Operations & GTM
Permanent · Consumer Products · Central London / Hybrid · £75,000–£80,000
This is a newly elevated and business-critical role, created as part of an exciting transformation programme.
We’re seeking a commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager with expertise in marketing operations and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy within Consumer Products to step into a "Head of" position.
The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thriving in agile, fast-paced environments where influence, adaptability, and delivery are key.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead marketing operations and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, aligning with commercial and brand objectives
- Build and refine scalable frameworks for campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives
- Balance strategic planning with operational leadership across marketing disciplines (digital, brand, customer, and commercial marketing)
- Act as the central strategic linchpin between marketing, product, commercial, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment and driving execution
- Oversee marketing process evolution, workflow optimisation, reporting, and operational governance
- Lead performance measurement from lead generation to revenue impact across the marketing funnel
- Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting to enable data-driven decision-making
- Manage marketing technology infrastructure, including CRM, automation, analytics, and reporting platforms
- Identify commercially focused opportunities to maximise marketing effectiveness and ROI in lean budget environments
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Marketing Operations & GTM team

About You
Essential Requirements
- Proven expertise in GTM strategy in complex, multi-product consumer environments, with experience in product and portfolio performance management
- Experience in building scalable marketing operating models, frameworks, and performance processes
- Broad marketing experience spanning digital, brand, customer, and commercial marketing disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics)
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning
- Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and operating cross-functionally within matrix organisations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to excel in agile, lean-team, or SME-style environments
