Head of Marketing
We are seeking a talented and driven Head of Marketing to lead and own Fasanara's marketing function end-to-end. This is a senior individual contributor and strategic leadership role - you will be both the architect of our marketing strategy and the person who rolls up their sleeves to execute it.
You will define how Fasanara shows up in the market: shaping our narrative, owning our content engine, managing our digital presence, and ensuring that every touchpoint - from a thought leadership paper to a social media post - reflects the quality and conviction of what we do.
You will work closely with the investor relations and senior leadership teams to translate complex financial ideas into compelling, differentiated communication that resonates with institutional investors, family offices, and the broader Fintech ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in marketing within asset management or financial services, combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, and is excited about harnessing new technologies, including AI, to raise the bar on efficiency and output quality.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand
- Define and own Fasanara's marketing strategy, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and brand identity across all channels and audiences.
- Build and evolve the firm's narrative: articulating our differentiation in Fintech lending, private credit, and venture in a way that resonates with sophisticated institutional and private wealth audiences.
- Develop annual marketing plans aligned with fundraising cycles, product launches, and business development objectives.
- Act as the brand guardian across all internal and external communications.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Own the content calendar end-to-end: from ideation through to production and distribution across formats - white papers, market commentaries, investor letters, pitch decks, fact sheets, website copy, social media, and more.
- Write and edit high-quality investment content independently, collaborating with investment professionals to translate technical insights into accessible, compelling narratives.
- Develop and manage a consistent cadence of thought leadership that positions Fasanara as a leading voice in Fintech lending and digital asset space.
- Ensure all materials are accurate, on-brand, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
