Ready to step up into a Head of Marketing role?

If you're an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a background in B2B exhibitions who loves building campaigns, leading people and delivering commercial results, we'd love to hear from you.

At Easyfairs, we're looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for three of the UK's leading manufacturing exhibitions:

  • Advanced Engineering
  • Southern Manufacturing
  • UK Metals Expo

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines. We're looking for a doer, someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, leading from the front and inspiring a small team to deliver exceptional campaigns.

You'll manage two direct reports, work closely with our Head of Community & Content and report directly to the Head of Portfolio. Together you'll shape the future growth of one of our flagship event portfolios.

What you'll be doing

You'll own the marketing strategy from planning through to delivery, creating integrated campaigns that drive registrations, exhibitor engagement and commercial growth.

You'll:

  • Lead the marketing strategy across a portfolio of market-leading B2B exhibitions.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, content and partnerships.
  • Oversee and develop a team of 6, with direct management of two talented marketing managers.
  • Work closely with sales, content, operations and external partners to deliver exceptional events.
  • Own campaign performance, reporting and optimisation using data and insight.
  • Manage websites, marketing automation and CRM activity to maximise audience growth.
  • Produce engaging content that resonates with engineering and manufacturing audiences.
  • Manage budgets and ensure strong ROI across all marketing activity.
  • Continually test, learn and innovate to improve campaign performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
