Role: Head of Marketing
Salary: Up to £80,000

Our client are a premium British brand that's built its reputation on real expertise - and they're growing fast.
They're hiring a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of their marketing function - the team, the planning, the priorities and the performance. You'll set the standard for everything the department delivers, working directly with their CEO, Commercial Director, Head of Finance and Chief of Staff.
What you'll own:
- The marketing strategy end to end - annual planning, budgeting and performance
- A multi-discipline marketing team - brand, digital, e-commerce, social, PR and NPD - yours to grow, lead and develop
- The senior creative voice - brand consistency, quality and pace across every channel
- Brand awareness and commercial growth across retail, e-commerce, social and partnerships

- 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally within beauty, wellness, luxury or lifestyle
- Experience managing and developing a marketing team across multiple disciplines
