THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage of growth and help shape and grow our marketing function. As Head of Marketing, you'll own our positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy, helping establish Sphere as the market leader in AI-powered OTC commodity trading technology.
- Working closely with our CRO, CEO, Product and wider leadership team, you'll translate complex technology into compelling commercial stories, drive enterprise demand generation, and create marketing that directly influences revenue growth.
- This is a hands-on leadership role with significant autonomy, the opportunity to shape our brand and commercial strategy, and the potential to grow into a future Chief Marketing Officer.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
We're looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution. You'll be comfortable taking ownership while working collaboratively across the business, turning complex technology into clear, differentiated messaging and delivering integrated campaigns that create measurable commercial impact.

- You'll enjoy using insight and data to challenge assumptions, improve performance and continuously refine your approach.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You'll have experience in many of the following:
- B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, AI, data or fintech marketing.
- Successfully bringing innovative products to market and executing enterprise go-to-market strategies.
- Product marketing, positioning, messaging and storytelling for complex technology products.
- Delivering integrated demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes.
- Working closely with Product, Sales and senior leadership teams to translate commercial objectives into effective marketing activity.
- Building compelling value propositions that support enterprise sales and customer engagement.
- Using data, experimentation, analytics and AI tools to continually improve marketing performance.
- Managing marketing operations, CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and external agency partners.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll help shape, grow and continuously improve the marketing function.
