Our client is a global asset manager with a strong brand and profile. They are hiring a Head of Marketing Operations role. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the Marketing Operations function as a shared capability for EMEA Marketing, providing scalable support across marketing automation, publishing, reporting, templates, and lead management
- Define service standards and delivery processes that improve consistency, speed, and control
- Act as the primary marketing counterpart across martech, AI, data, and analytics, translating marketing strategy into clear business requirements and priorities
- Oversee the EMEA Marketing budget, ensuring spend is transparent, well-governed, and aligned to agreed business priorities
- Establish and maintain ROI tracking, giving leadership clear visibility of performance and areas for optimization
- Lead the team through the transition to a new operating model, embedding disciplined ways of working and strong collaboration
- Build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing automation, publishing workflows, reporting, templates, and lead management processes; experience of working with technology, data, or platform teams to shape martech, AI, data, and analytics priorities; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; the ability to translate strategy into clear business requirements, and proven ability to build scalable service models that improve consistency, efficiency, and control across multiple markets. A background in financial services is desirable.
