The Role: Head of Marketing
Location: Head Office – Leicestershire Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Marketing to reinvent our presence in the healthcare sector, leveraging expert strategy and outreach. You’ll drive innovation, foster connections, and chart growth—rooted in data, creativity, and an unwavering focus on Care Homes, Occupancy, and Commissioning New Homes.
Collaborate to Explore Growth Opportunities
As an influential voice, you’ll:
- Partner with healthcare stakeholders (carers, CCGs, commissioners, and professionals) to expand our Care Home network.
- Identify scalable opportunities aligned with market demand, ensuring Kara’s brand evolves to trust, scalability, and resilience.

About You: The Ideal Suit
Experience
- 7+ years in marketing, with 3+ in healthcare leadership (ideally adult social care, dementia/nursing). MBA is a plus.
- A proven record of executing strategy—business growth pilot projects, CRM offboarding, market expansion, and stakeholder management.
- Unmatched expertise in public relations—proven networking in care domiciles or commissioning bodies (e.g., CCGs).
- Strategic acumen: regulatory compliance, brand positioning, and occupancy boasts in healthcare offering a guaranteed competitive angle.
- Digital skills: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn strategy, content collaboration, anditro-grade market analysis.
