Head of Marketing – Tour Operator

Salary: Base salary £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
About the Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a creative Head of Marketing with a proven track record in producing visually dynamic and amazing content for B2C campaigns.
The role requires a passion for brand-building, a flair for creativity, and the ability to apply a strategic lens to marketing campaigns across offline, events and partnership in a fast-paced environment. This is a pivotal leadership role for a marketing professional who is a growth specialist.
With a loyal VIP & HNW client base and ambitious growth plans, this leading Tour Operator is seeking a commercially focused, data-driven Head of Marketing with a good understanding of brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leadership and the broader marketing department, the Head of Marketing will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to accelerate growth and optimise marketing efficiency focusing on offline, events and partnership.
- Work on a brand refresh and our client’s interest into more tailor-made holidays expanding on this proposition whereby our client increases their average booking value and margin.
- Increase customer loyalty, understand our client’s established database to create an eco-system of targeting their VIP and HNW travellers with customer-focused social events and joint events with other partners where there is a synchronicity.
- Lead post-campaign reviews, translating insights into actions that improve future planning, creative effectiveness, and commercial performance.
- Execute annual marketing plan and budget for offline marketing, events & partnership.
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, scale growth, and drive continuous improvement & ROI.

About You
- Senior creative Marketing Professional with a track record of managing marketing campaigns across offline, events, and partnership ideally within travel.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Data-driven with strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative approach with a passion for bringing the team together around shared goals.
- Managed budgets, forecasting, and performance pacing to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
- Passion for travel.
