Head of Marketing – Trinny London

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and creative Head of Marketing to lead the strategic direction and execution of brand and product marketing at Trinny London, reporting directly to the CMO.

This fast-paced, pioneering role requires collaborative leadership spanning Brand, Product Marketing, Creative, Social, PR, Advocacy, E-commerce, and Retail. You will be responsible for:

  • Setting the brand narrative and marketing strategy
  • Planning, executing, and refining campaigns
  • Driving global awareness, engagement, and growth
  • Connecting brand, product, and customer insights
  • Optimising performance through data-driven decision-making

You’ll lead a cross-functional team to develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that strengthen brand equity and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

As Head of Marketing, you’ll:

  • Product Marketing Strategy

    • Drive the product marketing roadmap, including launches and reactivations
    • Shape innovative products to resonate with our target audience in partnership with Product Development
    • Build data-driven frameworks for pricing, messaging, and positioning decisions
  • Brand Strategy & Campaigns

    • Entirely own global brand campaigns and always-on strategies
    • Ensure compelling consumer propositions to enhance acquisition, conversion, and retention
    • Oversee the global marketing calendar for consistent brand storytelling
  • Stakeholder & Team Management

    • Lead an inspirationally high-performing marketing team
    • Cultivate strong partnerships with Creative, PR, Social, Retail, E-commerce, and Product Innovation teams
    • Translate brand goals into actionable, commercial-impactful campaigns
  • Performance & Megatrends

    • Master emerging trends, consumer insights, and market dynamics
    • Optimise multi-channel activations with robust measurement and analytics
    • Guide brand and product progression through industry insights

Requirements

We’re looking for a cohesive blend of visionary leadership and hands-on execution:

✅ Beyond 10+ years’ experience – Proven track record in Head of Marketing or equivalent senior roles, driving brand vision and team growth ✅ Strategic Mastery –

  • Expertise in integrated marketing activations aligned with business objectives
  • Excelling in roadmapping product launches (end-to-end ecosystem collaboration) ✅ Data-Driven Decision-Making –
  • Skilled in financial acumen and ROI optimisation
  • Pursue insight-led commercial performance ✅ Team Leadership –
  • Mentor and nurture high-performing teams
  • Build cross-functional trust and alignment ✅ Communication & Influence –
  • Bold, persuasive presence across all levels
  • Articulate brand positioning, messaging, and strategy with clarity ✅ Agile Mindset –
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
