We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry. The platform currently serves over 8 million users across the region.

What You’ll Do
- Own and define the full marketing strategy for the UK market, aligned with global and SEA priorities
- Build, hire, and lead the UK marketing team from scratch
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across channels
- Lead cross-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and more
- Own performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion, retention, LTV
- Establish and evolve BJAK’s brand positioning and voice in the UK
- Build and scale the content and creative engine (landing pages, campaigns, video, copy)
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality output
- Partner with product, design, data, and commercial teams to align on business goals
- Own the marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI optimization
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features
- Continuously leverage data and insights to refine strategy and execution

What You Bring
- 7–12 years of experience in marketing, across strategy and execution
- Proven track record in scaling marketing and driving measurable growth
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and full-funnel strategy
- Experience building or leading teams, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, content, CRM, and analytics
- Strong data literacy and decision-making capability
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and stakeholders
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Based in London (hybrid flexibility)

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hotjar
- Experience in brand building, influencer marketing, or partnerships
- Experience launching or scaling a new market (UK or Europe)

Location Requirement
Based in the UK
Compensation Range
£90,000 – £110,000 base salary per annum
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
