About The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of the UK marketing strategy - partnering closely with the UK Senior Leadership Team, Growth Leads and the European Marketing team to drive business growth and strengthen Valtech's market position.
You will act as a strategic advisor to the business, translating commercial priorities into focused marketing plans that build brand visibility, generate demand and support pipeline growth across key industry sectors (notably Financial Services, Manufacturing and Public Sector).
The role requires a commercially-minded marketer who can balance strategic thinking and planning with hands-on execution; able to influence senior stakeholders and effectively collaborate across growth, sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and lead the UK marketing strategy aligned to business and growth objectives.
- Working closely with the UK senior leadership team, representing marketing in business planning and growth discussions.
- Partner with Growth Leads and Industry Leaders to define go-to-market priorities and investment focus.

Growth & Go-to-Market
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support pipeline and revenue growth.
- Lead marketing support for priority sectors, including Financial Services, Manufacturing and Public Sector.
- Collaborate with Growth teams on campaigns, ABM initiatives, strategic pursuits and account engagement activities.
Brand, PR & Thought Leadership
- Strengthen Valtech's brand visibility and reputation in the UK market.
- Develop market-relevant narratives and thought leadership programs.
- Partner with PR agency and business leaders to drive PR opportunities and executive visibility.
Performance & Collaboration
- Establish clear marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Use data and insights to optimise marketing performance and investment decisions.
- Build strong partnerships across UK Leadership, Growth, Sales and European Marketing teams.
Key Success Measures
- Contribution to pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strengthening Valtech's UK brand and market visibility.
- Successful execution of industry-focused GTM programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven planning, reporting and decision making.

Required Experience
- A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in marketing and business development.
- Demonstrable experience working in an agency or consulting environment, in the technology / digital transformation / AI space.
- Deep understanding and experience developing and implementing successful integrated B2B marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Expert relationship-building skills to engage and influence peers and stakeholders in the delivery of marketing goals and objectives.
- Experience working with a regional/global team.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic-thinking skills.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
- Clear ability to drive creativity and innovation.
