Ready to lead global marketing strategy for a premium consumer brand and drive growth across international markets?
My client is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and evolve its global marketing function during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Reporting into senior leadership, this role will play a key part in accelerating customer acquisition, improving digital performance and strengthening brand presence across multiple international markets.
You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering an integrated, digital-first marketing strategy across both brand and performance channels. Working closely with internal teams, agency partners and senior stakeholders, you’ll lead campaign execution, performance optimisation and budget management, ensuring all activity delivers measurable commercial impact while continuing to elevate the brand.

The role will cover the full marketing landscape including paid media, social, influencer, PR and partnerships, with a strong focus on using insight, reporting and customer data to improve performance and shape future strategy. You’ll also oversee agency relationships, manage significant marketing budgets and collaborate closely with finance, trading, creative and ecommerce teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business priorities.

The ideal candidate will have strong marketing leadership experience within fashion, lifestyle, luxury or premium consumer brands, with a proven ability to balance brand building and commercial performance. You’ll be highly analytical, commercially minded and confident leading teams, agencies and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Experience driving customer acquisition, retention and integrated digital campaigns across international markets will be essential.
