Head of Marketing

Location: Central London (2 days a week)
Salary: £70-90k + Benefits

The Company

We’re partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing consumer brand that is redefining the intersection of culture, community, food and lifestyle. Following a period of strong growth and national attention, the business is now looking to appoint a commercially minded and creatively driven Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of brand and customer expansion.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute brilliantly, and build a modern marketing function that drives both brand relevance and measurable growth.

The Role

You’ll own the overall marketing strategy across brand, digital, customer acquisition, partnerships, campaigns, CRM and content. Working closely with the founder and leadership team, you’ll help shape how the brand shows up in culture, grows its audience, launches new concepts, and deepens customer loyalty.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves building brands people genuinely care about, and understands how to balance creativity with commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
