Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Acquisition Marketing to lead performance driven growth strategies across multiple digital channels and international markets. This position would suit a commercially minded leader with strong expertise in paid media, data driven decision making, and team management within fast paced online industries.
Location: On site - Ta' Xbiex
Responsibilities:
As a Head of Marketing, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Define and execute the overall acquisition marketing strategy across various digital channels
- Lead and mentor a team focused on paid acquisition and campaign performance
- Manage substantial marketing budgets while ensuring strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition
- Oversee campaign activity across channels such as PPC, paid social, display, affiliate partnerships, programmatic advertising, and app marketing
- Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and acquisition funnels to optimise conversion and retention
- Work closely with CRM, product, analytics, and creative teams to align growth initiatives with wider business goals
- Identify new traffic opportunities, market trends, and growth channels across regulated and international markets
- Ensure campaigns remain compliant with local regulations and advertising requirements
- Build reporting frameworks and present acquisition performance insights to senior stakeholders
- Support testing strategies including landing pages, creatives, audience segmentation, and conversion optimisation initiatives
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and media providers where required

Requirements:
- Previous experience leading acquisition or performance marketing teams within iGaming, digital entertainment, fintech, or high growth digital sectors
- Strong hands on expertise across PPC and paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, and programmatic platforms
- Proven experience managing significant acquisition budgets and scaling campaigns internationally
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, customer lifetime value, and acquisition metrics
- Experience working across multiple GEOs and adapting strategies based on market performance and regulations
- Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands on campaign oversight
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing and developing high performing marketing teams
- Familiarity with CRM and retention strategies would be considered an advantage
