The Role: Head of Middle Office
The Client: Social Impact Investor
The Location: City of London
The Responsibilities:
- Develop the framework and operating model for the firm's growing middle office department
- End to end delivery across portfolio analytics, fund operations, risk oversight & compliance support
- Drive ongoing optimisation of the middle office tech and data infrastructure
- Maintain oversight of portfolio and corporate risk, including owning the corporate risk framework
- Build and develop a team of middle office specialists, evolving the team in line with the company's growth
- As MD of this function, sit alongside ExCo, ARCC, and the Board on strategic growth and development of the overall business

The Requirements:
- Seniority in establishing and running successful middle office functions with a broad remit ideally within a more boutique sized entity
- Strong understanding of a variety of product and asset classes including specialist markets
- Comfortable equally across fund operations and portfolio analytics
- Technologically comfortable, champion in utilising AI to improve processes and systems
