Job Description

Join Allego and power the future of clean mobility

At Allego, we’re on a mission to make electric driving effortless across Europe. As one of Europe’s leading EV charging networks, we’re building the infrastructure that enables millions of drivers to switch to zero-emission mobility with confidence.

The EV market is moving fast, and so are we. That’s why we’re looking for a Head of Network Development who will ensure the installation of new high-power charging stations in the UK.

About The Role

As Head of Network Development at Allego, you will lead the expansion of our ultra-fast charging network across the UK.

You will define and execute the UK growth strategy, secure prime locations, and build a strong pipeline of projects to support Allego’s development between 2027 and 2030.

Working closely with central teams, you will play an active role in shaping Allego’s European network strategy and ensuring strong alignment between local execution and global priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
