A unique strategic leadership opportunity at JCT600

As JCT600 continues to grow and strengthen its manufacturer portfolio, we're creating a brand-new leadership position that will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our newest and developing partnerships.

Head of New Brands is a unique appointment within our business. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious automotive leader who is ready to take the next step in their career, gaining strategic, multi-site and manufacturer exposure, making it the ideal development opportunity for someone aspiring to progress towards a future Brand Director position.

The Opportunity

Reporting to our Deputy Managing Director, you'll take ownership of our newest manufacturer partnerships, currently Changan, XPENG and AION, leading their successful integration, commercial performance and long-term growth across JCT600.

You'll provide direct leadership to your teams while building strong relationships with our manufacturer partners to drive commercial success, maintain brand standards and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Working across multiple locations, you'll play a key role in embedding these exciting brands into the JCT600 business and supporting their long-term success.

This is a rare opportunity to broaden your leadership experience beyond a single site, giving you exposure to strategic decision-making, manufacturer relationships and multi-site operational leadership.

  • Providing direct leadership and support across your portfolio of new brands.
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with the manufacturer partners.
  • Driving sales performance, profitability and operational excellence.
  • Leading the successful integration and ongoing development of new franchises.
  • Monitoring stock, forecasting, ordering and commercial performance.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experience and compliance with manufacturer standards.
  • Coaching and developing your teams to achieve consistent high performance.
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing, Fleet and Operational colleagues to maximise every opportunity.
  • Reporting performance, opportunities and strategic recommendations to the JCT600 Operations Board.

What We’re Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished Head of Business looking to take the next step into a broader strategic leadership role.

You'll Have

  • A successful track record of delivering commercial results within automotive retail.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and the credibility to work closely with manufacturer partners.
  • A strategic mindset, balancing operational delivery with long-term business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
