Through its market-leading brands, Infopro Digital helps businesses make informed decisions, improve performance and unlock growth opportunities across their markets.
As part of Infopro Digital's continued investment in commercial excellence and growth, we are seeking a Global Head of New Business to partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Leadership Team to transform the organisation's new business capability at a global level.
This role will work across multiple regions, sales teams and functions to establish a consistent global operating model for new business acquisition, driving improvements in pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, opportunity management, sales execution and revenue predictability.
Operating through influence rather than direct line management, this position acts as a centre of excellence for new business performance, providing leadership, governance, coaching and best-practice frameworks that enable regional sales teams to consistently achieve higher levels of performance.
Role Overview
The Global Head of New Business is responsible for improving the effectiveness, consistency and predictability of new business acquisition across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role leads the global new business operating model, driving excellence in pipeline generation, opportunity progression, forecasting and sales execution.
Working closely with Regional Heads of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations and Executive Leadership, the successful candidate will establish common standards, embed best practices and improve sales performance across all regions.
This role does not replace regional sales leadership. Instead, it provides the frameworks, governance, operational discipline and coaching that enable regional teams to perform at a consistently higher level.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
