Have you successfully built new business pipelines and led high-performing sales teams selling data intelligence, prospect data, or data quality solutions into enterprise organisations?
We're working exclusively with an established private equity-backed data intelligence consultancy of around 150 employees to appoint an experienced Head of New Business during an exciting period of commercial growth.
Our client helps some of the UK's best-known consumer brands unlock greater commercial value through data, insight, and consultancy, and is now investing in strengthening its new business function. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a successful team while developing the next phase of the company's growth strategy across multiple industry sectors.
You'll lead a team of four Business Development professionals, taking ownership of both individual and team revenue targets while coaching, mentoring, and developing future commercial talent. Working closely with marketing and senior leadership, you'll shape sector-based propositions, execute account-based sales strategies, and engage senior decision-makers across Utilities, Telecommunications, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, Water, and other consumer-facing markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a highly strategic sales leadership role where you'll combine hands-on business development with leadership, proposition development, and commercial planning. Success will be measured through sustainable pipeline generation, enterprise client acquisition, and the continued development of a high-performing sales culture.
We're looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven background selling data intelligence, prospect data, demographic data enhancement, or data quality solutions into enterprise customers. You'll have a track record of exceeding new business targets, developing commercial strategies, and leading successful sales teams, ideally within a consultative data or information services environment. You'll be equally comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders as you are coaching individuals to improve performance and win complex opportunities.
