About The Role
They are now seeking to appoint a Head of New Business Development with a strong knowledge of industrial operating environments. This role is designed to support growth across key product lines, with a primary focus on scaling the Alphashield portfolio and new market penetration. The successful candidate will bring relevant experience within the industrial integrity management arena and have multiple sector exposure plus the capability to drive international market expansion. Establishing new international distributors while supporting an already established distributor model will be key to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving new business development and market expansion
- Supporting existing distributor relationships
- Contributing to growth in existing wastewater sector whilst driving products into new emerging and related market sectors.

Candidate Requirements
Scott & Fyfe are looking for candidates with the following:
- Experience of selling into industrial markets and/or asset integrity markets
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship management
- Ability to open new markets and develop applications
- Comfortable working independently across multiple geographies
- Strategic mindset with ability to identify new use cases and verticals
- Strong track record of success in operating as part of a team and comfortable in working across multi-discipline teams
Location for this role is ideally UK or Ireland and they will fully support a remote working model.
