About the Role
We have partnered exclusively with a leading offshore renewable services business to appoint a Head of Offshore Execution & Completions into their Senior Leadership Team. This is a high-impact role with genuine influence over how a growing organisation delivers major offshore energy projects.
The Role
- Lead all offshore execution, hook-up, construction, completions and commissioning activities across a portfolio of offshore renewable projects
- Drive offshore readiness, mobilisation and project handover
- Build, recruit and develop offshore execution teams
- Shape operational strategy and contribute to business growth at senior level

Ideal Background
- Experience as an Offshore Construction Manager, Hook-Up Manager, OIM, or Senior Offshore Delivery Manager within offshore wind, marine construction or major offshore infrastructure projects.
