We're hiring for a senior leadership role to lead an exciting transformation in customer experience at Sykes Holiday Cottages.
About the Role
Want to build something that genuinely transforms customer experience and drives business growth?
As Head of Onboarding, you’ll redesign the entire onboarding journey for new holiday homeowners—originating one of the most critical transformation opportunities within Sykes Holiday Cottages.
This is not just about managing a team—it’s about enhancing efficiency, optimising our conversion funnel, reducing time to value, and creating a best-in-class onboarding experience.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams, using data and insights to:

- Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience leading high-performing teams through transformation
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
