Head of Operations

Head of Operations

Location: Bristol (onsite) Salary: £75-90k base, plus equity and bonuses

Our client operates with a clear mission: to restore fish stocks and the marine environment by building a global network of regenerative producers and delivering their products through a transparent, trusted, and technology-driven supply chain. Operating within a multi-billion-pound global market that remains largely manual and fragmented, the business is transforming how supply, trading, fulfilment and customer experience come together. Having already achieved strong organic growth, they are now entering a critical scaling phase.

The Role

The Head of Operations will take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain, from supplier through to customer delivery. This individual will be responsible for building a scalable, efficient, and high-performing operation that can support ambitious growth plans without compromising on quality, service, or trust. This is a rare opportunity to design and implement a best-in-class operation from the ground up, rather than inheriting legacy systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
