Head of Operations and Service Delivery MHLD - East Area INTERNAL

Secondment Opportunity: Band 8D – Head of Operations and Service Delivery (Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Division, East Area)

This role is a secondment until 31/03/2029 to support service needs.

About the Role

An exciting secondment opportunity exists for a Band 8D – Head of Operations and Service Delivery to lead inpatient and community services in the East area.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role focuses on:

  • Quality, safe, and effective care across services
  • Workforce redesign, service improvement, and staff development
  • Financial management of professional and support functions

You will drive safety and quality performance while shaping clinical service strategies in line with the Health Board’s corporate objectives and operational plans.
