Role Overview

An exciting secondment opportunity for a Band 8D Head of Operations and Service Delivery (East area) has arisen within the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Division at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage inpatient and community services across the East area.
  • Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care within allocated resources.
  • Report directly to the Director of Operations.
  • Drive service improvement, workforce redesign, and staff development.
  • Responsible for financial management of professional and support functions.
  • Shape clinical service strategies and align delivery with the Health Board’s corporate objectives and operational plans.
