Lead and develop vital 24/7 services that support communities, independence, and wellbeing. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded leader to oversee our 24/7 Helpline, Out of Hours, and CCTV services, driving operational excellence, service innovation, and sustainable growth.

Reporting at a senior level, you will lead Service Managers and work closely with local authorities, healthcare partners, community organisations, and technology providers to deliver high-quality services while identifying new opportunities for growth and partnership. A key aspect of the role will be ensuring services are well-positioned to respond to and capitalise on opportunities arising from Local Government Reform and changes across Adult Social Care, supporting the development of future-focused, integrated services.

  • Lead the delivery, resilience, and continuous improvement of 24/7 customer-focused services.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase income and expand service reach.
  • Drive innovation, service transformation, and digital health solutions.
  • Prepare services for the impacts and opportunities arising from Local Government Reform and wider social care changes.
  • Manage performance, budgets, KPIs, and risk.
  • Build strong partnerships across public, private, and voluntary sectors.
  • Shape the future development and commercial opportunities of CCTV and monitoring services.

About You

You will have:

  • Significant senior management experience in a service delivery environment.
  • Proven success in business development, income generation, and partnership working.
  • Experience leading operational managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong financial, performance, and risk management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of telecare, digital health, community services, adult social care, or local government services would be advantageous.
  • An understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by Local Government Reform and Service Integration.
  • Have a full driving license.
