Role Overview
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Operations Managers to deliver exceptional operational and commercial results across Local Pubs. Shape and execute regional strategy, optimise investment decisions, and build pubs that are rooted in community, full of personality, and consistently deliver outstanding guest and financial performance.

Commercial & Strategic Accountabilities
- Develop and deliver regional strategy aligned to overall business goals
- Own full P&L performance across the estate, driving sustainable profit growth
- Identify, prioritise and execute investment opportunities (capex and revenue-driving initiatives)
- Work with Property, Investment and Finance teams to assess ROI and optimise asset performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews, taking corrective action where needed
- Drive sales and margin improvement through pricing, product mix and commercial initiatives
- Shape and evolve pub propositions to maximise market relevance and return
- Use data and insight to inform strategic decisions and performance improvement
- Optimise estate performance, including disposal, acquisition or repositioning decisions
- Ensure strong cost control and operational efficiency across all pubs

Person Specification – Technical Competencies/Professional expertise
- Excellent interpersonal skills – with the ability to build strong relationships.
- The ability to lead others through high challenge and support.
- Delivers high standards of performance and delivery.
- Develops and communicates a clear vision to succeed.
- Resourceful and resilient
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at board level.
- Unwavering passion for pubs, drink, and people.
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in a customer facing multi-site management role.
- Sound commercial and business acumen experience
- Computer literate – intermediate in Microsoft office
- Numerically competent with experience of Profit & Loss, cash flows and business accounts
- Experience in Pub and/or Restaurant senior leadership role.
- Degree level calibre
- Full GB Driving Licence
