Scale SO1 Point 23 £34,434 FTE- point 25 £36,363 FTE
Contract Type
Full time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks - Core hours are 8am until 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am until 3.30pm on Friday but flexibility is required to cover the early and late shifts at both Stour Valley Community School and Clare Community Primary School.
Expected Start Date
ASAP (subject to completion of relevant checks)

Role Overview
Anglian Learning is pleased to share with you an exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations to join Stour Valley Community School & Clare Community Primary School.
- To line manage the site staff to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the services across both sites.
- To ensure the schools comply with statutory inspection and Health & Safety legislation.
- To have overall responsibility for the management of the facilities, ensuring that they are developed and maintained to the highest standard in order to provide an outstanding learning and working environment for students and staff, and a first-class resource for the community.

We are able to offer a 3-bedroom house on site for a nominal rent (rent review pending).
