Head of Operations and Client Success
Required for this global, expanding TMC. They are looking for a head of operations within business travel, someone who is fantastic on Sabre, ideally knows Protas. Looking for an amazing opportunity.
Hybrid within one of their 3 offices in London, Hampshire, and Glasgow.
Salary between £68,000 to £72,000 plus great benefits and bonus.
Head of Operations and Client Success Duties
The role is broken down into 5 parts:
- Operational Excellence and Strategy: Overseeing a team of 50 consultants managed by 4 team leaders that report directly into you.
- Client Success and Service Quality:

Head of Operations and Client Success Skills Required
- Significant hands-on operations management experience within a TMC.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel operations.
- Super user of Sabre.
- Ideally, knowledge of PROTAS.
- Experience of leading a team based in multiple locations and homebased.
- Hands-on experience in coaching.
- Experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, etc.
