Are you an experienced multi-site hospitality leader looking for your next challenge?
We're working with a growing independent hospitality business that's built an outstanding reputation for quality, community, and great guest experiences. With ambitious growth plans ahead, they're looking for a commercially driven Head of Operations to lead their estate and play a key role in the next phase of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have full responsibility for operational performance, coaching General Managers, driving profitability, and ensuring every venue consistently delivers exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of General Managers across a multi-site estate
- Driving sales, EBITDA, labor, and GP performance
- Improving standards, consistency, and operational excellence across all sites
- Supporting underperforming venues and implementing action plans
- Building a strong leadership pipeline and creating a culture of accountability and development
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to support future growth
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Proven experience as a Head of Operations, Senior Operations Manager, or Area Manager within hospitality
- Managed a multi-site portfolio of around 5-15 venues
- Strong commercial acumen with full P and L responsibility
- A track record of improving operational performance and developing high-performing teams
- A visible, hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching people
- Excellent organizational skills and a data-led approach to decision-making
