PURPOSE Leads end-to-end operational performance across all Service Centre sites within their region, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of Manufacturing, Service & Maintenance, Quality Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics operations. Drives operational excellence, resource optimisation, and consistent execution of standards to meet customer, commercial, and organisational goals.
WHAT WE DO Algeco UK is the leader in modular accommodation not only in the UK but around the world. We provide more buildings for hire than anyone else, including modular buildings for sale and rent, and off-site permanent buildings for sale for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent use.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead regional operational performance, managing site teams, budgets, resources, and logistics to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets Ensure consistent project and service delivery across all sites within the region, maintaining standardised processes, controls, and reporting Drive performance and operational excellence across Service Centre sites, embedding continuous improvement, lean practices, and data-driven decision-making Oversee compliance and quality management, ensuring adherence to regulatory, customer, and internal standards Optimise regional capacity and resource planning, ensuring sites are equipped to meet demand and deliver reliably Manage regional operational risks, escalating issues that impact safety, customer commitments, or financial performance Develop and lead high-performing operational teams, setting expectations, coaching leaders, and building capability

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Proven leadership of multi-site operations in manufacturing, service, or logistics environments Strong command of operational disciplines: safety, quality, throughput, cost control, and customer delivery. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence Skilled in data-driven performance management and KPI reporting Experienced in leading managers and building capability across diverse teams. Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance cost, service, and quality. Effective stakeholder management across senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams
