Head of Operations
Head of Hospitality – London (£90,000–£100,000 + Bonus)

An exciting new hospitality concept is coming to London. We’re partnering with the business to recruit an exceptional Head of Hospitality—this is a rare opportunity to join a high-profile operation ahead of launch and shape one of London’s most anticipated hospitality venues.
This role will oversee:
- Guest experience
- Operational delivery
- People strategy
- Commercial performance
The venue will feature:
- A wet-led operation with strong food sales
- A premium restaurant service
- Multiple shifts (days, nights, and evenings)

What You’ll Do
- Lead the hospitality operation through the pre-opening and launch phases
- Build, recruit, and develop a high-performing management and operational team
- Drive exceptional guest experiences across all hospitality offerings
- Develop operational standards, service procedures, and best practices
- Ensure strong financial performance through budget and P&L management
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support long-term growth
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercially astute and passionate hospitality leader with:
- Proven experience managing premium, high-volume hospitality operations
- Strong background in restaurants, leisure, entertainment, or multi-faceted venues
- Hands-on, energetic leadership with entrepreneurial drive
- Experience supporting venue openings, launches, or growth phases (highly advantageous)
