About SkyAccess
SkyAccess is the empty leg marketplace for private aviation. We help charter operators turn empty legs, the unsold repositioning flights that otherwise fly empty, into revenue by listing that unsold lift to a ready pool of buyers. Operators are paid their full asking price before departure, and we never take a commission from them. SkyAccess Choice is our curated tier: a hand-selected roster of vetted operators whose calendars and pricing sync directly into the platform, so their empty legs go live automatically and stay accurate. Growing and deepening the Choice roster is the single biggest lever on our marketplace, and this role owns it across Europe.
The Role
You own the recruitment and onboarding of European operators into SkyAccess Choice. The goal is simple to state and hard to do well: get the best AOC-holding charter operators signed, fully onboarded with calendars and pricing synced, and live with real empty legs listed on the platform. You are the trusted human the industry already knows, now bringing operators into the marketplace they will all want to be on.
What You Will Do
- Build and own relationships with operator decision-makers, owners, accountable managers, directors of operations, chief pilots, and lead schedulers and dispatchers across the European charter market.
- Recruit target operators into the Choice program and guide each one from first conversation to signed, onboarded, and live.
- Run the full onboarding hands-on: calendar and flight-management integration (Avinode, FL3XX, Leon, and the scheduling systems European operators run), pricing setup, and first empty-leg listings, partnering with Operator Success and Engineering.
- Be the trusted face of SkyAccess to operators: responsive, low-pressure, and genuinely helpful at every step.
- Represent SkyAccess at Air Charter Expo, EBAA Week and Air Ops, and other key European business aviation events.
- Carry the operator voice back into the product, and own and hit onboarding targets: operators signed, fully onboarded, and live with listed flights.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are
- 15 to 20 plus years in European business aviation, with a deep and current rolodex across charter operators.
- A connector, not a closer.
- You are the person everyone in the industry calls, the helper, low ego, the one operators already trust.
- A fixture on the European business aviation circuit, recognized on sight by the people who run charter operations.
- Fluent in how charter actually runs across Europe: scheduling, dispatch, pricing, repositioning, AOC operations, and the software operators live in day to day.
- The calm, credible guide who walks an operator through onboarding, never the rep who grinds them on price.
- Comfortable working across multiple European markets; additional European languages a plus.

Ideal Backgrounds
- Former charter-platform rep in account, onboarding, or customer success at Avinode, FL3XX, Leon, or a comparable platform.
- Veteran charter broker with a wide, current cross-operator network across Europe.
- Senior scheduler or dispatcher with 15 plus years in the seat and a broad, trusted map of the industry.
- Top-down connector such as an aviation insurance broker, aircraft sales broker, or trip-support and FBO veteran with deep owner and principal relationships.
What Success Looks Like
- First 90 days: reconnect with your network, build a prioritized target list of Choice-fit European operators, and bring the first cohort fully onboarded and live.
- First year: a materially larger European Choice roster, each operator onboarded and listing real empty legs, with you established as the relationship every operator in the program trusts.
Compensation and Structure
- Competitive base salary plus meaningful early-stage equity.
- Performance bonus tied to operators onboarded and live, paid on fully onboarded, flight-listed operators, not on sign-ups.
- Remote and Europe-based, with travel to key industry events.
