Salary: £57,528 - £64,750 per annum/ pro rata
This role will lead the design, delivery and sustainability of the organisational professional development and learning services aligned to strategic priorities and objectives.
The post holder will lead the integration and delivery of the Organisational Development (OD) and Learning and Development (L&D) plans incorporated within the Trusts People Strategy to ensure delivery of system wide strategic priorities that optimise workforce capability in delivering the best possible care.
This is a combined Learning & Development (L&D) and Organisational Development (OD) leadership role. Applicants must be able to demonstrate considerable experience and expertise across both disciplines to meet the essential requirements for this post.
- Lead the implementation of organisational effectiveness that improves business performance and embeds strategic changes in day-to-day practice, through effective change management processes and leadership.
- Design and lead the learning and development function.
- Design and implement a tailored leadership and management development offer aligned to the Trust’s values, People Plan and future leadership capability requirements.
- Conduct OD and Learning diagnostics and design interventions to ensure improvement of organisational capability, capacity and effectiveness and measure and monitor shifts in performance.
