Head of Outbound Sales
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Outbound Sales based in United Kingdom.
Take the lead in building and scaling a high-performing outbound sales function with a direct impact on commercial growth. This role offers the opportunity to create sales strategies, establish best practices, and recruit a team from the ground up in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution, driving customer acquisition, reactivation, and revenue growth through data-driven decision-making. Working cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, operations, and customer-focused teams, you'll help optimize the entire customer journey while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities
- Build, recruit, and lead a high-performing outbound sales team, creating a scalable organization focused on sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies that drive customer acquisition, customer reactivation, and revenue generation.
- Establish sales processes, call methodologies, performance standards, and engagement strategies that maximize conversion rates.
- Lead by example through active participation in outbound sales activities while coaching and mentoring team members.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Deliver regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, commercial reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure sales activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while promoting a high-performance team culture.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading outbound sales, telesales, or call center operations with a strong record of commercial success.
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams in target-driven environments.
- Strong hands-on sales experience with the ability to lead customer conversations and coach others effectively.
- Excellent leadership, people management, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience improving sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs, interpreting sales data, and making data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with CRM platforms, outbound dialer systems, customer lifecycle management, or retention campaigns is advantageous.
- Previous experience within iGaming, online gaming, sportsbook, or other B2C industries, as well as additional European languages, would be considered a plus.
