We're excited to be working with an award-winning digital experience agency that's entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a Head of Performance or Paid Media to take ownership of its performance offering.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and growth, ideal for someone who wants real influence, not just oversight.

The Head of Paid Media will be working across a portfolio of world-class brands, with the opportunity to shape how performance is defined, delivered, and scaled within an innovative, digital agency.

Alongside owning key client relationships, you’ll contribute to new business, pitching, and growth strategy, ensuring performance thinking is embedded in how the agency wins work. This is a hands-on role, not a purely strategic one.

Role Responsibilities

Performance Direction

  • Shape and lead cross-channel performance strategy
  • Maintain high standards of delivery across all accounts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
