Our client is a rapidly growing performance marketing agency that partners with ambitious direct-to-consumer brands to scale revenue through data-driven paid acquisition.

They combine world-class creative, media buying, and conversion optimization to deliver measurable growth, helping brands consistently increase customer acquisition and profitability.

They’re looking for an experienced Senior Meta Performance Marketing Manager who can:

  • Take ownership of paid acquisition strategy
  • Lead creative testing initiatives
  • Drive profitable growth across multiple client accounts

Job Summary

We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly results-driven Meta Performance Marketing Manager with extensive experience managing high-spend Meta advertising campaigns. This role goes beyond media buying—you'll:

  • Own acquisition strategy, creative direction, testing frameworks
  • Work closely with creative, design, video, account management, and leadership teams
  • Develop high-performing campaigns
  • Optimize customer acquisition
  • Build repeatable systems for sustainable scaling

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & Media Buying

  • Own Meta paid acquisition strategy across multiple client accounts
  • Build, launch, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns
  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance
  • Monitor account performance daily and identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop audience testing, offer testing, and campaign testing frameworks
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
  • Conduct ongoing competitor research to identify market opportunities

Creative Strategy

  • Lead creative strategy using performance data and customer insights
  • Identify winning and underperforming creatives
  • Develop creative testing roadmaps and experimentation plans
  • Write high-converting direct-response ad copy
  • Create compelling offers that improve conversion rates
  • Develop detailed creative briefs for designers and video editors
  • Collaborate with content creators and source UGC creators when needed
  • Work closely with creative team to improve testing velocity and performance

Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization

  • Build landing pages, advertorials, and product detail pages aligned with campaigns
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify conversion bottlenecks
  • Recommend improvements to landing pages and customer journeys
  • Support ongoing CRO initiatives to improve acquisition efficiency

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track critical KPIs:
    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    • Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
    • Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER)
    • Click-Through Rate (CTR)
    • Cost per Click (CPC)
    • Cost per Mille (CPM)
    • Conversion Rate (CVR)
  • Create clear performance reports and actionable recommendations
  • Present insights during client strategy meetings
  • Build repeatable reporting systems for decision-making

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop scalable paid acquisition playbooks and SOPs
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns with media plans
  • Conduct account audits and identify scaling opportunities
  • Mentor junior media buyers
  • Maintain high standards in account quality, strategic planning, and execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
  • Deep expertise in managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns
  • Proven success growing eCommerce or direct-response brands
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical skills (Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel)
  • Experience with attribution platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or similar)
  • Expertise in creative strategy and performance-driven advertising
  • Experience building structured testing frameworks
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnels
  • Excellent copywriting skills for high-converting ads
  • Comfortable using AI tools for efficiency and campaign performance
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Meta Blueprint Certification
  • Experience in an agency or multi-brand environment managing diverse portfolios
  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and advanced landing page strategy
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading a team of media buyers
  • Background in sourcing and managing UGC creators
