Job Summary

As the Head of Paid Acquisition, you will be the primary engine driving profitable growth across a diverse portfolio of brands. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on mastering Meta Paid Media to lower acquisition costs, increase scaling efficiency, and build the creative testing systems necessary for predictable revenue growth. You will bridge the gap between media buying and creative strategy, working directly with the CEO and Director of Operations to transform paid social into a powerhouse growth channel. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end Meta paid acquisition strategy, including campaign setup, optimization, and aggressive scaling.
  • Lead creative strategy by developing briefs, providing direct-response feedback to design teams, and analyzing the performance of hooks, angles, and messaging.
  • Monitor ad account performance daily, adjusting budgets and campaign structures to maintain peak efficiency.
  • Build and refine repeatable systems for creative testing, performance reporting, and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Develop high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and PDPs that align seamlessly with active ad campaigns.
  • Track and report on mission-critical metrics including CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, and CVR, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Conduct competitor research and lead client strategy calls to ensure long-term brand growth and stability.
  • Collaborate with the video editing and design teams to increase testing velocity and identify "winning" creative assets.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing with a deep specialization in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and scaling high-spend accounts within the e-commerce or DTC space.
  • Mastery of direct-response metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV) and attribution tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros.
  • Strong expertise in creative strategy and the ability to write compelling, high-converting ad copy.
  • AI-savvy mindset with the ability to leverage emerging tools for creative and operational efficiency.
  • Analytical decision-making skills with a bias for action and the ability to solve complex funnel bottlenecks.
  • Self-motivated and "hungry" personality, thriving in an environment where compensation is tied to performance and KPI hits.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client audits and internal strategy sessions.
  • Availability during core business hours (up to 4 PM EST).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience in an agency or multi-brand environment managing diverse portfolios.
  • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and advanced landing page strategy.
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading a team of media buyers.
  • Background in sourcing and managing UGC creators.
